Service FAQs
Yes — using conventional radius systems with segmented panels, curved timber walers, and strongbacks set to the design radius. The most cost-effective option depends on tank diameter, number of pour lifts, and formwork reuse cycles.
It depends on total wall height, the formwork pressure envelope for your target pour rate, and available crane hook time. A 3 to 4 metre lift height is standard for repeating cycles; we determine the exact lift count through structural calculations, never by rule of thumb.
Yes. Works alongside operational assets are planned strictly around facility shutdowns and site access windows, with equipment movement and crane time scheduled around plant operations.
Off-form finish classes (to AS 3610) are agreed before the first pour, as they directly govern panel selection, tie hole symmetry, release agent application, and patching allowances. We state the achievable finish class right in our initial quote, not after stripping.
